Cody did a bunch of work for us during a kitchen renovation to bring the old electrical up to code. He and his crew also installed new recessed lights, a new dining room chandelier, and a new outdoor sconce. He was very responsive via text and arrived when he said he would... he even brought us some fresh veggies from his garden. For all the work they did, his prices are very reasonable. I hired Cody at the recommendation of a friend who had used his services. He did some work for me on two different occasions. He cleaned out my gutters, power washed my house, gutters, and eaves. He also weed eated all my flower beds and my entire yard. I found him to be a hard working young man with knowledge in many areas. He always kept me informed when he would be arriving and let me know up front what his services would cost. My house never looked better after he finished. I would not hesitate to hire him again and I actually have more work I would like for him to do. I found his charges to be very reasonable and actually paid him extra for some of the work. We hired Cody for some plumbing issues we were having and he fixed those and we asked if he can then build a whole underneath cabinet underneath our sink as it had been damaged from water, he did amazing work and he was very precise and thorough with what he did.He is now our permenant do all handyman as he will be here later this week to hang 2 porch lights and do some electrical work for us as well..He is highly recommended and has very competitive pricing . I don’t usually write reviews, but I am beyond grateful for Cody at Shepherds Repairs N’ Installs. When I called he was working with other contractors/clients on other jobs. He didn’t have to come out for my measily estimate right away when he had jobs with other bigger companies/clients … but he did! He couldn’t just leave what he was doing, and he already was helping other customers, so he came by to give me an estimate ..ON HIS WY HOME… that evening!! I knew then I was in good hands. I wasn’t sure exactly what i was needing as I had other trades/people working as well, rebuilding a deck from storm damage, HVAC moving my ac unit, moving a pergola, moving a hot tub and possibly adding a door. My area was a mess and so were the areas he had to work in. He didn’t bat an eye, he kept helping me in the middle of chaos as my dream grew and needs were ever changing. He worked so well with the other teams (HVAC, Contractors, Deck peeps, and landscapers) to keep my job moving. He was incredibly meticulous with his work — every detail was handled with care…even when my old house was fighting him. He ran new wire for my A/C and set that up. He rewired my hot tub area and made me a safety shutoff switch. He separated my electric from hot tub and pool and made everything safe. He added two outdoor electrical plugs that coordinated with my existing pergola plugs. It all sounds normal, but there were 3 other companies doing their part as well. He had to run wires through the panels, down the basement and to the other side of the house as well. He made the new area look clean and organized…. and put in a special panel in case I needed changes as we progressed. It would not disrupt the drywalll. It looks great. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and committed to doing things the right way, showing up when he says he will…and coordinating with other contractors to help me, an every day customer. He explained everything clearly, treated my home with respect…even though I had a huge mess…, and he made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. On top of all that, his pricing was more than fair!!!! I feel truly lucky to have found Cody and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone. Cody(Shepherd's Repairs N' Installs) removed my 30' pool and deck. His price was very reasonable. He did this by himself! Removing 10 or more deck posts that were cemented.
